An inspection resolution deadline is a term in Colorado and some other states that refers to the date by which a buyer and seller must work out their negotiations around any inspection objections found by the buyer as a result of doing inspections. If this date passes without any resolution, the agreement is null and void and buyers can recoup their earnest money deposit.
