Inspection and Report Period (Virginia-specific)

An inspection and report period (number of days) is a term used in Virginia that refers to the period of time during which buyers of a home can perform any necessary inspection on the property as well as report any defects they find during the inspections.

This can also be referred to elsewhere as an inspection contingency date.
