Engineer's Inspection

An engineer's inspection is broad survey of the condition and function of a property, as performed by a licensed or certified engineer. (in some areas, this inspection is referred to simply as a home inspection. This inspection investigates the various systems and features of a home, including the foundation, structure, major appliances (including HVAC systems) and the home inspector may make recommendations for further, more specific inspections. An engineer's inspection will also look for any water or mold damage that is visible or implied.
