A disclosure package is a collection of disclosures about a property (more than just a simple form), common in competitive markets (such as areas of California) where including as much information as possible in a disclosure can help sellers avoid being asked for credits should a transaction proceed. Buyers are encouraged to read a disclosure package carefully and build any defects or features revealed in the disclosure package into their offer price.
